MmmmKAY ladies and gentlemen! Lemme tell you what I have been up to in the forevvvver it's taken me to get around to the joys of blogging!
Starting last friday night.... I went to a fan-freaking-TASTIC concert that showcased some local bands, including the LetDowns, Courtesy Call, March Into Paris as well as CRUSH!! Now, this being on a personal and totaaaaally biased opinion, CRUSH was by far the best, most amazing band there that evening. Their dubby-rock infused rhythms just get into your soul and as I had the amazing opportunity to be jammin' in the very front with my friends I got to have a maaajor dance partay! It was my very first concert at the Knitting Factory of Reno and I must say I had an amazing time. When I finally got home and crashed at about 12:30 I woke up 4 and a half hours later to prep for a debate tournament! Yeaah for me! 6:30 brought me to the bus and my debate-groupies, and at about eight o'clock I was at Douglas High School, ready for my FIRST debate as a Senior-level debate-ee! Ahh! My first round, (just my luck) was against one of the best debaters, just my luck, however none of that mattered because I had a great time and got to end everything on 4th Street at midnight in a dumpy diner with my debate family. Lotta love there.
As for TuesdayWednesdayThursdayFriday, I got to enjoy finals finals and more finals! Yeah!! And considering my terrible study habits, it actually was not super bad. Friday night I 'final'ly (HA) got to relax, enjoy a school production and support one of my funniest friends who was partaking in it, and then spent an evening walking in random directions in the pouring rain. I have absolutely no complaints.
How has your guys's life been?? Missed y'all!
Wake Up- Arcade Fire
Ready To Go- Rebublica
The Middle- Jimmy Eat World
The Final Countdown- Europe
Your so kick ass, concerts by night, and debate (Senior level!!!) in the morning! Congrats on doing so well btw in all your debating! That's totally awesome! And life has been goooood. So glad finals are over, this next week will be a breeze! :)
